Sorry it has been a while. Robert's emails have been sorta short lately, but he write us wonderful letters that I need to spend some time typing up so you can enjoy them too. So anyway enjoy this week's update! ~ Carin
Hey Everybody!!!!
Life here in Mbare, Harare, Zimbabwe is going GREAT! This past week we have been using all of our ward missionaries to go out and to work. This week we have seen the fruits and they are just beginning. The Lord is blessing us with 35 people to teach and we are hoping to split in the next month and even we are working sooo hard to start a group in an area we call waterfalls. The Lord is truly blessing us here. I want to thank you soo much for all your prayers. But as for the knee, I'm doing ok. I'm trying to just lose myself in the work. Pain killers help alot. But the work is strong so I am strong. The Lord is my strength and the Atonement is real. It really does help with all pains. I am really working on trying to be a better servant. Wish I could write more but we are rushing off to an activity. Love you all and hope all is well.Please write, I would love to hear from you all!

Here is his response to when I asked him ( insensitively) if he had had a witch doctor shake some bones over his knee...
No mom. No juju here. Witch doctors are pricey.
Good to know that. He is still loving it over there in spite of knee pain, week long water outages, frequent power outages and according to him, its getting really cold now that Winter is almost here. ( 60's & 50's)
